Oh, wait. Was it me?
As you know, I love the dark, heavy, complicated beers, and Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout is a favorite of mine. I will drink it every time I see it available, and I always mourn a little bit when it goes away for the season. Of course it’s gone already at my local watering hole, and I’m sure I had help tapping that keg. I hope, anyway. As I write this, I still have two Capp Stout bombers squirreled away, and I will save them for a special occasion, or maybe just a random Sunday.
So! GUYS. I feel bad that this is such a silly, flighty comic, because SAUCEOME IS TWO YEARS OLD TODAY. How do you like them bourbon-poached, cinnamon-dusted apples? I had to go back and look at the first one today and cringe and feel bad about how sloppy the art is. I was absolutely terrified when I started posting these comics. But! But! It’s been two years, and you guys I have come so far in terms of how I feel about myself, and every single one of you is a part of that. So THANK YOU. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the support and kind words and awesome suggestions and just for reading and being there. You guys are awesome.
<3! PS: I forgot to credit/blame Niles for the title of today's comic. Go Niles!
Happy two year anniversary! I love this comic, and how much it’s grown and evolved over the past two years. It’s definitely one of my favorite things about Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Congratus on the successful Shuteye launch, too! Everything is just coming up Sarah these days. :D
Conveniently enough, two years is the heavy complicated beer anniversary for a webcomic. Have a good one!
Oh, how convenient indeed!! I look forward to the cartons of stout and porter that are surely on their way to me right now :D
Congrats on the two years! Here’s to many more! This makes me want to buy you a beer to celebrate.
Thank YOU! :D I have really enjoyed this comic and have tried some great food because of it. I will have a beer tonight in celebration (I usually have one Friday night ;) )
Happy Birthday, Sauceome!!!
A sweet, funny comic. Perfectly epitomizes the Saucome oeuvre. Thanks Sarah.
