I am more than a little enamored with his colander, with all the kitchen utensils in this piece. Also, I’ve never tried to make carbonara sauce, and now I think I want to try.

Carbonara is the best! It’s what I make when I don’t know what to make. Real comfort food. May I suggest adding peas? Maybe some sautéed onion? Yum.
