OH man, Sunday night’s potluck at Sunny and Sam’s was just perfect. So much good food, good wine, good company. We sat on their porch and watched the rain, Sunny payed REO Speedwagon on her banjo, lots of fun and laughter and conversation. Sometimes life is just too pleasant.
Lessons learned this weekend! Risotto can be made in a crock pot. It felt like cheating, but it tasted so good. :)
