If I am ever smart enough to actually make the weekend’s page AS I AM EATING THINGS, I am going to give myself a gold star. Instead I seem invariably to be drawing the whole page on Sunday night (or, criminy, Monday morning), by which time I have completely forgotten what I ate on Friday.
Well, in this case, not completely, but I’m sure I’m missing some things. I mean, it’s possible I got it right, I wasn’t feeling well on Friday, I remember I came home, coated some silkscreens with photoemulsive chemicals, and played a lot of videogames.
At any rate, I have got to figure out how to eat better on the weekends. We played two shows this weekend, and drinking is going to happen in that sort of setting, but that doesn’t mean I can’t figure out a way to take it slower, and to eat more vegetables and fewer burgers. Something to work on, I guess. We’re having a sushi party today, so that’s at least a lot of lean protein. As long as I take it easy on the sake, right?
